Information suggests that the property belonged to a Portuguese family and that, more than 106 years ago, one of the owners was involved in a fatality when his gun accidentally discharged and hit a young violinist, named Γria Ramos, aged just 18, at a carnival dance. Although she was rescued by the audience, the young woman did not survive the injury.
However, there is another version indicating that the last residents of this house was a family that moved to the Federal District in 1967. The owner (father of 9 children) was a tax auditor and was moved to FD due to his job.
